Within 15 days from the purchase, if there is any quality fault, the product can be replaced for free for the same model and specification, within one year from the purchase, the client can enjoy free repair after the confirmation by Sumboy’s sales service team; the products which exceed the warranty period or not meet warranty conditions require extra fees.
Only purchased products from Sumboy authorized agents can enjoy after sales service. We do not accept products that have failed due to client modifications.
Charge fees in one of the following cases.
The products are damaged due to improper use, maintenance and storage by the clients.
The products which had been previously repaired by non-authorized Sumoby agent.
The model on the purchased invoice does not match the repair product model.
Damage caused by unpredictable force.
Malfunction, scratch or breakage caused by movement or falling.
